The Bone Shard Emperor (2021)

I was really disappointed by the second installment in this fantasy series ... I just was really let down by the plotting and the pacing

And I really liked the second book. I think it was a bone shard. Emperor is the second book and I had so much fun with that

bone short Emperor would be the one ... it just suffers from the middle book syndrome ... boy that was a struggle

the second novel was definitely a solid entry but the romance is the only thing that held it down from being inside my top five and i'm very eager to see how the series is going to wrap up because it definitely has favorite potential for me
