The books are The Glittering Edge and Mostly Human Resources. So for the mostly human resources, where are we? The highest score was in atmosphere. The lowest I think was the writing and the logic.

View all videosI enjoyed all three, but I think if I had to rank it, it would be Part of Your World and then Just for the Summer and then Yours Truly.
I did finish Glittering Edge and I did get into it. I think it genuinely was just the type of swap from a very different type of writing to this and a different adult level.
Yours Truly, honestly, it started so strong, but I think at the end I have enjoyed it the least.
I'm enjoying it a lot. , more than I feel like I should.
Scion. Again, I really enjoyed this one. I like the humor in it. I do think it went quite far into the kind of like throwing a lot of terms at you for like not a lot of reason.
But I really enjoyed this one. I just kind of felt like it felt almost like the extra content and I appreciated that.
Part of Your World, oh my god, like such a fabulous book. I think it might be one of my favorites.
I think I'm gonna cheat myself to the love hypothesis because I hear it has gone up and I didn't love the book.
Survival Show has really surprised me. Not that I expected to not like it, but I didn't expect to fly through it as much as I did. I would say this is more of like a fourst star. Entertainment value was like a five star.
I was really loving it. It's essentially it has like a sentient ship and the AI quote unquote is not AI actually. It gets a little bit offended when you call it that because it is a life support system, which is cool. I've never read about a sentient life support system. That's a bit different. I enjoy that.
I had such a great time with Rewitched last Autumn Equinox, and I felt like this could be a very nice move on my part to put the second one in here.
by the author who wrote the will of the many, which is very exciting cuz I love that book.
This is by the author who wrote HMRC, Her Majesty's Royal Coven, a series that I still really need to continue with. I had a such a good time with the first one.
I read Best Hex Ever and really surprised myself with it. I just had a really good time. Is it like a fantastic no flaws book? No. But I had a genuine good time.
So I already knew I'm going to like this book. I gave it five stars previously when I read it for the first time. It was instant favorite book.
It has that type of co-worker banter that I feel the Hating Game was trying to be, but as you know, I really didn't like that book.
It's just so wholesome. I feel like this is the romance to me that was done very well. There was yearning, there was uncertainty.
I ended up DNFing it around 50-60% and I do feel validated because I was reading this together with Logan and we both decided to DNF at the same time. I was disappointed because, you know, it's time travel, it's speculative, it's commentary on society. Those are all my favorite things in a book, so big sad on that one.
It has all the vibes. It has so many cats. It has just an extremely appealing premise. Unfortunately, it is the most disappointing read this half a year.
I also felt very similarly about Emily Wilde and I think it might just be the disconnect between the author's writing style. I can equally acknowledge that it's a good book, both this but especially Emily Wilde.
The first book is called The Tainted Cup. Loved the first book, still haven't continued with the series. Really wanted to.
The chapters were exciting, the pages were quick. I got into the mood of it. I almost started gaslighting myself that there's actually no problem at all, but this method, whilst extremely fitting for me, it is so incredibly book dependent. I'm going to give it 8.5 out of 10.
I was listening to atmosphere and had a lot of fun. I have very fond memories of this day. ... I feel like the story actually left a bigger mark on my brain, even if I didn't necessarily love the book to a five-star level, I remember it.
