I read the first few chapters and it wasn't bad I just wasn't very interested so I put it down

I found it to be very dense and dry the first couple chapters read almost like reading a textbook and I just struggled so hard to get into it was such a long book that I thought if I'm struggling this early what am I gonna do

since then I've read his other book I am Legend and I love that book so much it made my best of the year list for 2018

I tried to read it and I got into the first couple chapters that honestly I just ruggle to understand what was happening and so I put it down

I did read the first story snapshot and absolutely loved it and then I read one of the other stories called the rain and loved that as well and then I tried to read the last you know Bella's in this collection and it really fell flat for me

I got stuck when I got to the part with Tom Bombadil which i think is pretty common I just found it to be very slow-moving

I think it's a really good book I think it has some really important great themes in it but it's not one that I personally have been able to get into yet

I started reading it I thought it was super funny at the beginning it's just this like wacky British humor and it's just off the wall but as I continued on I start to lose interest in it and I think it was the fact that there was nothing but the humor in the book
