Fantasy/Sci-Fi Tier List: EVERY Major Series Ranked (2024 update)

I'm just in love with this series it really got me back into fantasy after a long hiatus and I will always remember it with a very fond heart.

I hated this it's maybe the F that I feel the most bad about because maybe I wasn't in the right head space for it but I just got so bored reading it

I love a couple of the books I don't like a couple of the other books and I thought a couple were just good

it's awesome it's this Old Norse kind of mythological fantasy setting that's a lot darker than John Gwynne normally writes it just clicking on so many levels

I just don't have the time and the energy to kind of do that to follow along but for what I read I did not enjoy it

I felt like this book the first one that I read was just okay... did not compel me to keep reading on in the series

God I hated this book everything about it I hated it mostly the writing style

my number one favorite series of all time so there it is and there it will stay and it's just the greatest story that's ever been written

I hated Conan so much it's really bad

I love cradle... super fun progression fantasy story that I think everybody should read

it just didn't work at all I ended up dnfing it

I didn't hate it I didn't like it but I didn't hate it... not a big fan but it did have some interesting concepts especially at the beginning

I only read the first book I finished it I didn't like it had so much promise though

I read it I liked it I need to move on

I really love this series... it's just crazy zany fun

I just really liked it and I can't wait for the next one and it's my favorite vampire story that I've ever read

awesome mix of like courtroom drama mystery horror random elements here that all work in a really fun way

it's just unmemorable I don't really remember much about it at all other than I never really liked it

it's great I love gentleman bastard... the writing is so perfect the plots just blow me away

it was good nothing that blew me out of the water... it has a lot of promise

just didn't work for me... I can see why people love it

actively an F... a protagonist that's maybe my least favorite protagonist that I've ever read

it's very ya in a bad way some way is good this ain't it

I dnfed it hated it... it's so slow bored me to tears

I love it I love Mistborn it's such a great series everything about it works really well except for the romance subplot

I don't like Missborn era 2... not a fan it doesn't work for me on any level

Mother of Learning is great it's one of the Staples for the progression fantasy genre

the first book I thought was good and then it all went downhill

definitely in the F's I hated it I hated it when will we stop

pretty weak stuff

good stuff not quite to that same level but I really thoroughly enjoyed it

this one is great... everything about it works awesome

I really liked the third book in the trilogy outside of that I thought it was just okay

I really liked it especially the second book the second book is one of the better books I've ever read

this one is the first one the one I loved... this one's going to go to the bottom of the A's I liked it a lot

I read all of them... never really loved them

every book's an S every book it's a five or an S... they're ingeniously funny and witty and I love the writing

I like the whole series most people just say the first one's good I like all of them

they're hysterical they are so funny dark comedy in the Malazan world

it's whatever it's a story about a Dragon Rider and the Napoleonic era... it's okay

I love Terry Pratchett I love Discworld although it's very hit and miss for me

this is just fun you know I'm a guy that really likes my series to be fun more than anything and this is what it is it's just this amazing two book series

it's a classic old series... it's a fun old series... just really fun dark series

didn't work for me in the slightest... something about his writing style just kind of throws me off

I did enjoy the first one did not really enjoy the second one and very actively disliked the third one and did not end up reading the fourth and final book

easily in the S's... this is the next special Epic Fantasy series

this thing is awesome... everything about this book is perfect in the series

I really hate The Dark Tower I don't understand what people like out of it

This is so good I love this stuff... it's just so epic and awesome in pretty much every conceivable way

I'm liking it more the second time around but God Dandelion Dynasty is just something a little bit more special

this series is amazing I loved all three of these books
