I have forgotten how utterly incredible this book is so it's shot up in my Dickens estimation and by the time I finished it may well beat the one that is my fourth favorite Dickens at the moment it's so good

Desperate RemediesThomas Hardy
Loved it

I read this earlier this year and absolutely loved it's a very fast-paced dramatic gripping read with a lot of mystery and Intrigue going into it and quite a good villainous character

it's a pretty good book and very dramatic I love the gothic feeling throughout it and all of the various Supernatural undertones that are kind of there but are not really what it's about

The nether worldGeorge Gissing
Loved it

it's just an absolutely brilliant moving heart-wrenching book that has such moments of utter poignancy in it that are just shattered by the state of the world and it's so sad but beautiful and just so good so utterly brilliant I really cannot recommend the Nether world enough

it's a brilliant novel full of so much Social criticism as well as a lot of wonderful lovable characters and a lot of characters that you feel you shouldn't love but you really do and it's just great just so good
