I did like that element because it kind of breaks away from those gender stereotypes ... the issue that I had is that both characters were extremely dry and boring and I was not invested in the romance whatsoever

this was a big surprise for me I was not expecting to like this one as much as I ended up liking it ... it's so fast paced and so interesting

I really ended up enjoying that book I just think I had so many great things to offer in terms of character development and World building

I really ended up enjoying it ... I thought it was a wild book I thought it was well written and well developed I really liked it so I ended up giving that one four stars

what I found so interesting about the premise of this book is that it is told from the perspective of black wealth at the turn of the 20th century ... unfortunately it led more to the historical romance aspects which is fine if that's what you're looking for ... but this is not what I was looking for

I thought elements of it really work for a children's audience but one thing that I did not like ... our main character is speaking on behalf of this character and speaking for this character
