this is such a Feelgood work of non-fiction and I just can't help but smile every time I think about it

to say this book is mindblowing would be a massive understatement the information presented to you within this book will knock your socks off and it's written in such a fun and engaging way that I don't just consider it accessible to everyone I would call this one a bonafide page Turner

it is a lively and personality packed collection of information on all different types of insects and I promise you it's going to give you a whole new appreciation for them even if they do give you the heie jeebies

this book is written in a very straightforward very matter of fact and frankly very calm way that just invites you to consider her points I'm an American citizen and this book opened my eyes to things that are built within the fabric of my own society that I had been missing this is just a very eye openening book

this book is just a prime example of why I Love non-fiction so much the right book will come along and make me reconsider something that I thought I had figured out I thought I knew how I felt about it but then the book will change my mind and this one did that

this is all fascinating stuff and it's brilliantly written

this is just a tremendous book that is simultaneously jawdropping infuriating and informative

it's a very famous work of non-fiction and it just so happens to be one of my very favorites

this book it'll make you laugh it'll tug on your heartstrings it'll make you feel like you know this little penguin personally

reading these people's stories you can feel the Heartbreak they felt and still feel the terror the confusion the anger that it was allowed to happen at all it made this book so shocking so gut-wrenching to read very challenging to get through at time times but this book is so incredibly important
