View all videosThis book is really well done and another one that I think like more people need to be reading.
Yeah, just really enjoyed my experience with this book.
This is a book that completely took me by surprise. I actually picked this one up completely randomly.
So that's why this isn't rated higher, but like the other stuff totally grabbed me.
I hadn't felt stressed while reading a book like this since I read The Road by Cormack McCarthy. I felt a similar level of just like anxiety.
I couldn't put it down when I was reading it I think I finished it in like 2 days or something along those lines and it was just so fantastic so well done
I just thought it was really beautiful it's very much like a slow moving meditation it's very much like in the main narrator's head the entire time
it emotionally wrecked me and one of the reasons why this one edged out other books for this top five spot is because I just feel like not enough people know about this book and not enough people are reading this book
which is one of those books where I have read it pretty recently and so part of me hesitated on putting that book on my top five just because I need to sit with a book I feel like for longer before I know for sure that I get hit by top five
which I thought was like a really moving book it made me cry at various points over the course of reading that book but there were also like Minor Details that I was like not bothered by but I was just like by and so I was like it just like barely missed the cut
this is probably my favorite romance book that I read this year
this book was just such a great Thriller in my opinion like I really enjoyed my experience with reading that book
I love this book so much I also listened to this one on audiobook and the Audi book narrator is so fantastic I feel like it works even better as an audio book personally
it just absolutely blew me away this is a tiny little Nolla where you are following this young girl who ends up going to like basically her aunt and uncle's house for a summer
nothing to see here by Kevin Wilson wonderful heartwarming story that yeah just made me feel really nice and happy at the beginning of the year
I would say that if you are someone who really enjoyed the anthropocene reviewed by John Green this has like a very similar vibe to it
even though it's only a couple of issues I was just completely smitten with it ... it's a comic that I just completely adored I didn't think I would like it as much as I did
it is so beautiful and so moving ... it was like a four and a half star read for me if I had to pick like one book out of the stack that I like could easily recommend to everyone it would be this book
it's Earnest it's moving it's a little bit optimistic but also extremely realistic ... add me to the course of people who absolutely adore this book
I just thought this essay collection was so well done I also listened to this on audiobook and thought the audiobook was fantastic ... I also adored this book and there's a lot of other people who do as well
I think that if you are someone who really enjoys Comics like giant days this is very similar in vibe to that and especially like you're following kids in college
if there was one book this year that really took me by surprise it's this one ... it is so well done
I want to hand these to people who have picked up books like bad feminists by roxane gay and wanna like keep going in those sorts of ideas and lines of thought.
