the lines in here the things that he says to her about like if they had met in another time under other circumstances and like culturally the way that you would Court in this world he like has this whole thing that he says to her about like if we had met under those circumstances I would have done this and this and like what they sort of could have had in the face of this o it is so good

this is polyamorous love because they're all in love with each other instead of being a love triangle everyone loves everyone else I need this next book like I need air

he just he worships her he thinks she's the coolest thing and like we do anything for her and I love it

by the last book so much of the plot is about their Connection in their romance and there are so many lines in here that are absolute perfection

you have like a more straight laced character especially if he's like a religious trauma boy and you get them to a place where like their control and all of like the shame that they have usually because of their religion is being broken down because of their complete like love for this other person it's gold it's perfect every time no notes

the little bit that we get in here is perfect there's hardly any romance really but the parts that are there are still steered onto my brain
