Beach ReadEmily Henry
Loved it

Beachread by Emily Henry, although I am tempted to do an Emily Henry reread of the first few books and see if these still sit as highly in my feelings, but I'm pretty sure they will.

And favorite non-fiction is Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall. Kimmer, which I've talked about recently. It's a Native American botonist's discussion of plants and how they connect to Native American folklore and things.

the one that immediately comes to mind is Barrier Bones, The Midnight Soil by V. E. Schwab, which I and many people have talked about at this point. As I always say with V E Schwab, and this is my own problem because I keep letting them do it, is I should let V. E. Schwab bury me so they can let me down one last time.

DollmakersLynn Buchanan
Loved it

And that is The Doll Makers by Lynn Buchanan. I just feel like it's it came out of nowhere. I haven't heard a lot of people talk about it. It is incredible world building and characters and plot and like everything in a way that I'm like why aren't more people talking about this? This is so good.

RedwallBrian Jacques
Loved it

The books that do stick out in my memory, but this was after I've been reading for a while. These are things that I read, I think mostly in grade school, are the Red Wall books by Brian Jocks.

SoullessGail Carriger
Loved it

My biggest steampunk wreck is Soulless by Gail Carrager. This is a whole series that I need to actually continue on with. it's more of like a paranormally kind of series, but set in a steampunk environment. It's really great.
