Mid Year Series & Reading Goals Check In

I caught up also with Monsoon Rising, the second book in the Hurricane Wars by Tea Guzman, which I actually really liked. Guys, I need to do a review on this, I think. , but yeah, I was really into this.

I was kind of dragging through it because it's a slower book. And I was like, I just want to get to some other things on my shelf. Not enough that I wanted to DNF that book because the writing in there was still good.

It's making me like not necessarily want to continue because I did love this book so much and I do want to reread this book.

I read the first book, it was just fine and then I since I have forgotten it and I think I read it like the beginning of quarter 2. So it has not held on. I will not continue with that. I don't feel the need to.
