it really did deliver what i was looking for in this book it was fun it was fast-paced it was exciting and it definitely had that slasher movie feel which i was looking for

i went on to read the second book and it blew away my expectations the first book is good the second book is phenomenal

i did read the previous book dreadnation and i liked it i gave it four stars i thought it was solid

i just overall really enjoyed the experience it was just a lot of fun and i flew through it and yeah there's a reason that riley sager is an author i come back to time again because he always delivers the kind of thrillers that i really enjoy reading

now this book would be higher up on this list if i enjoyed gothic fiction but it's really not my sub genre so i'll say despite that i love this book so much

this is a book i love so much because it was so intelligently written the plot itself in a lot of ways is quite simple but you can tell that the author was incredibly intentional when he was writing this

if i liked apocalyptic fiction more this book would be even higher on the list but despite that i have to give it a top five reading because it does so many things so well

this is both a horror novel but it's also a female coming-of-age story and that is what i loved so much about it

this is a novella that ended up on this list because i found it incredibly creepy as someone like myself who has put myself online in a very public format the idea of someone being able to access my social media accounts and send me anonymous things really does creep me out

i absolutely loved it within this collection there are some amazing stories the first one is probably my favorite because it's so timely

the plot itself honestly is a little bit predictable it's one that i was able to guess where it was going but i say that meaning that i knew where i was going and i still enjoyed every moment of it i enjoyed every step along the way
