Top 10 Reads of 2022 (10-5)

a false hope is a brilliant sequel on my favorite books of 2022 and I love how Mike shackle maintained that intimate heart to the story which is in we are the dead

it's still brilliant even though some of the events I knew it was building towards there's so much I didn't and the stuff I did know I thought is still executed brilliantly

this is historical fantasy at its finest

this is probably the most iconic book I've ever read

he invests in character really well the pace is fantastic and it is a very good anti-war book in terms of it portrays War as realistically as I perhaps have ever read

we see the heroism but we also see the humans behind it we see that they are fallible they have faults they have their virtues their sins they are human beings

this is such a powerful book with brilliant characters and the question who are the real monsters is it the literal monsters or is it just people

I think priest of crowns is just a wonderful wrap up to War for the rose Throne series

soda kaigan is I think it's a great portrayal of characters is a great study of human relationships and it's full of emotion and it is heartbreaking

the Wolf Den I absolutely loved it we follow Amara who is a slave forced to work in a brothel in Pompeii in 74 A.D

we are the dead by the awesome Mike shackle is kind of the epitome of grim duck with hope I believe it is a fantastic book
