Reading 3 Fantasy Books Nominated for a Goodreads Award! (are they worth the hype?)

I would say overall this book is pretty good... it has a nice writing style it has a really cute romance that I'm definitely rooting for I like the murder mystery element.

I liked this book again probably like a four out of five star read for me... I appreciated the character Journeys I really loved the relationships in this romantic platonic familial it had it was heartwarming while still having some serious beats to it.

I have read Meg Schaefer's other book which is called the wishing game and I personally did not love it very much at all... I found some of the character work and some of the decisions for some of the serious topics of that book to be underdeveloped or just like too sweet.

I like the concept and the plot of this but right now the execution is 100% Landing for me and I can't tell if it's because I don't like the book or if I'm just not in the mood.
