And all in all, I would say I really enjoyed this book. I liked this quite a bit.
Massive Reading Wrap Up! 📚
I have become incredibly endeared to this series. I feel like it's the perfect balance of bitter and sweet. Honestly, I'd give both of these books like five out of five stars.
I feel like I liked Before the Coffee Gets Cold, but I loved books two and three.
And honestly, I loved every single second of this first installment. And just all in all, this was such a fantastic new release, an easy five stars for me.
And I'm very happy to report The Whisper Wixs was wonderful. I adored this book so much.
This is a literary fiction family drama story that I actually loved. I found it to be hilarious, shocking, unput downable.
I love this series one. The romantic pacing is just too good. Cassandra Cla brings her talents from her YA fantasy series where she absolutely ruins your life to this series as well. I was just entertained on all fronts and I will be waiting on the edge of my seat for the next book to come out because it was just like so fun. Okay, five stars.
I have loved both of these. I feel like I liked Before the Coffee Gets Cold, but I loved books two and three. Honestly, I'd give both of these books like five out of five stars. They were wonderful.
I went in a little nervous but I'm happy to report that overall I did like this. This was coherent and comprehensive, and I had a good time reading it with also lots of yearning, great romantic pacing between our two romantic leads. I would give both of these probably like a 3.75 out of five stars.
I did feel at times it was a bit slow in its execution. So I would say like overall it was good. I liked the ideas, I liked a lot of the inputs, but the execution just wasn't entirely there for me.
Simon Jimenez also wrote The Spear Cuts Through Water, which simply put is one of the best fantasy books I have ever read.
I feel like over the course of this entire duogy, the author was able to keep the plot fresh. It wasn't the best fantasy plotline execution I've ever read. Honestly, it was good enough and I had a good time.
And I'm so happy to report that yes, it was fantastic. And because of that, yes, I would also give this book five out of five stars.
For the most part, I really enjoyed this book. I felt like it was pretty effective overall, and I would give it like a 3.75, four stars.
And this is a YA fantasy story, and honestly, I loved it. This was so much fun and such a quick read.
