cozy reading vlog: reading the oldest book on my tbr ✨📖☕️

It's about 80 pages. I already read it. It's just a short little story following a group of soldiers. this war against aliens, which kind of gives us like a little bit of a glimpse of stuff that's happening elsewhere in this universe.

I finished The Book Eaters and I enjoyed this. I wouldn't say it was a perfect book, but it read incredibly quick and I found it to be such a unique take on like well-known tropes.

Book two is continuing to be just as fascinating, intense, and dark as the first installment. In fact, I really appreciate how it's expanding the world, introducing us to new locations, characters, situations at play. It's just so gripping.

I read The Mercy of Gods earlier this year and loved it so much. Five out of five stars.
