cozy reading vlog: finally, an incredible new fantasy release! (a knight romance!!)

I also recently read Heart the Lover by Lily King, which really got punched me, but I really liked it.

I thought the whole thing was really clever, really emotional. I thought the stakes were present for the characters emotionally, but the plot stakes were present all the way through the book. There really was no wasted pages.

this sixth installment, while not my favorite in the series, has still continued to deliver the entertainment, the emotion, the plot that I expect from the Dungeons & Dragons world. I just really love these books.

Almost immediately, I feel drawn in by our main character's story. I also can just feel the heartbreak on the horizon. I love a somber, bittersweet tale.
