this was fine I had a good enough time with it... it also met my expectations in that I was able to just consume it non-stop... if I compare it to other Ali Hazelwood and other paranormal Romance it's fine

I thought this was a really good ending... it doesn't quite deliver on the worldbuilding promises... it delivers on the character relationship promises in Spades though
the first one is the mimicking of known successes... I actually really like
this was exactly what I wanted from like a compulsively readable Lusty romance book... it was just candy not that deep
the next one is the siege of burning grass... I don't like the main character... it's too decadent so that hurt my momentum... I cannot believe the ending

this is definitely in my top books by her... it's a great blend though of horror and fantasy... I actually really loved that
my favorite horror that came out last year was the angel of Indian Lake by Steven Graham Jones... this was beyond cathartic... no notes on that last chapter
this one surprises me how high I put it... it still makes me incredibly uncomfortable and I still don't know if I entirely agree with all of its thematic trappings... it's really bold
this is the sequel to The Space Between Worlds... that book I really love it's one of the strongest debuts I ever read
I like this book I've liked all of his other books immensely more... it didn't work for me in my taste as well as I would like it to... I still want to read the sequel
