FAVORITE SCI-FI AND FANTASY NOVELLAS || August 2021 [CC]

And I really liked it, even though it's sometimes just about making soap, like, there was something peaceful about it. And it was beautiful.

I devoured it in a weekend. And it was awesome.

I cannot wait to read more of their works because of this novella and their work with another author in novel I really like the Mask of Mirrors.

It's for sure one of my favorite works by Nnedi Okorafor, it has beautiful writing.

So I really love Rivers, Solomon's prose, just hands down, and I love their world building.

And that's the Emperor's soul. I love this story.

And that's a pretty long book for very slice of life. kind of found family stuff, which was great. But it was longer than I liked for that type of story.

I love the framing, I love how the story is slowly given to you. I cannot wait for the next story, which I don't know if it follows the same character.

And I don't know, I loved it. I had feelings. I when I get to the end of the story I like ached a little bit.

And I really liked that premise, especially as a scientist. And I really liked this team, I enjoyed their connections and the struggles that they went through.
