The Last Book Haul of 2024

we have very similar taste when it comes to Cozy fantasy romance we both loved best hex ever which is a contemporary one recently

and Jen also gifted me Silent House which I read absolutely adored and then devoured the preceding books

it's got like a bit of an elevated sense of stakes than a lot of the historical romance does has got like a bit of an edge to it and I really enjoyed that and then I also just really appreciated that we were getting a broader sense of the people who occupied Court in this time
