Biggest Disappointments of 2016!

I started reading this and I was just so confused. I think I got to like page 50 and I was lost. I had no idea what was going on.

It just jumped right into the story. So, I was really confused. I felt like there wasn't a lot of explanation on what was going on and just I didn't care for the characters.

it kind of was though because it was very, very slow. Not nearly as much happened in this book as the first book.

I didn't think it was awful. I liked most of the story, but I did have a lot of issues with it. I just think it's really overhyped to be honest.

I think it's a great story. It gives across a great message but it just wasn't really for me. So I only gave this one a two out of five stars.

I ended up only giving it a four out of five stars, which is still a really good rating, but just because my expectations were so high, I was kind of disappointed that it was only a four-st star book. I just had some issues with like it was just very slow.

this is the first book that I have given a one star to in a really long time. I just did not care for it at all.

I read The Darkest Minds by Alexander Bracken and absolutely adored it.

I ended up giving this one only a two out of five stars. I didn't like the characters. The whole concept of it I don't think was well executed.
