I have finished codependence and I'm giving it a four. I feel like this was a really good book for what it is and what I wanted to talk about. I learned things. I enjoyed the process of reading it.

My final rating is a four. I think this was well written. Definitely read like a textbook. Would I recommend it? Yes, but also alongside a couple books, I think it should be paired with something with some analysis.

So, I didn't like this. It's very unclear. It's very disorganized. It's very chaotic. And even if I agree with every single thing this author said, the way that it was presented to me was not an enjoyable experience.

I really like this book. It is a memoir, so I'm not technically rating it. Am I glad I read it? Yes. Would I recommend it? Yes.
