Best Nonfiction Books of 2020 | Vlogmas Day #19 - "War is Over"

it is told in art and prose and poetry and one of the best nonfiction books that i have read this year

this was one of the best nonfiction books that i have ever read about the black experience so far because it gave so many different perspectives

this book was hilarious and i think that the reason why i love this book first of all it was because this is when i started delving a lot more into non-fiction related to the black experience

rising out of hatred was a specific look at how a white nationalist made his way out of the white nationalist movement and this is super important

this one was hard but very interesting because it explored how white women get pulled into the white nationalist movement

this is more of a look into teaching tolerance and looking at our judicial system

twisted is a whole conversation about black hair culture and how black hair culture has been defined and how we have constantly been defined and broken because of our hair especially black women

i think that carol anderson did a very good job about interest introducing some very i want to say technical but very specific reasons as to why the advancement and the progression of black individuals angers white people
