I love Simone St. James, but this one I did not like. I gave it a three out of five. That's not bad or anything. It just wasn't what I wanted from her, if that makes sense.
ALL OF THE BOOKS I READ IN JANAURY
I think for sure I will finish The Anatomy of Alibi by Ashley. I'm enjoying it right now. I would say my predictions as of right now is probably like a four out of five. I'm really liking it.
And then I love the third one, Beg, Bar, or Steel.
I didn't like this one. I really didn't. I just I didn't I don't know why I didn't like Madison that much.
I definitely think this is one of my favorite Alice books. I thoroughly loved it.
I also give this one a three out of five. It was a middle of the road for me.
I wanted to read it and I read Not a Lot of Love Song and it was okay. ... But for me, it was a three. It was just kind of a middle of the road.
I would have to say my favorites of the series are books two and three. My favorite number one book is number is the second book, Ratness Makes Perfect.
This one, again, I'm feeling it could be a four or even a five. It's very cozy fantasy, in-depth, and stuff like that.
Five out of five. I loved it. Can't recommend it enough.
She referenced the sundown motel a lot which is my favorite Simone St. James book that's about like a creepy motel in this same town.
And then she also referenced the boarding school in the broken girls which is another one of my favorite books by her.
