not only is my favorite hauna house book this is also my favorite Riley Sager book his settings are amazing I just love his settings. it's a great haunted house one that's not too spooky but definitely get you in the spooky Vibes

my other favorite Grady Hendrick's books is how to sell a haunted house this one is not loved by a lot of people I loved it because it resonated with me 1,1%

I read this book years ago scared the crap out of me in fact I probably blocked a lot of it out because it was freaking creepy. It's the scariest haunted house book I've read.

another creepy book I read last year that not a lot of people like I loved and that is my darling girl by Jennifer Mone. I was very genuinely creepy creeped by this it was just not L people like it but I did and I think if you just want a good possession story this is a great one

it has friendship at the undertone but it's got the 80s kind of spooky Stephen King vibe and I loved it my favorite Grady Hendrick the setting's amazing perfect for Halloween
