As soon as the AI starts talking I am all in, as soon as the characters start like developing some sort of like dynamic I'm all in and I love it and the tone is great. The jokes are great throughout to be honest. For the most part, there's just so much describing of things and I mean that is totally fine, but I just I couldn't focus on it.
I am actually quite attached to the characters. I think the book did a really good job at making us feel involved and a good balance between having enough of background and enough of character growth and getting to know them to actually still form those attachments even within under 400 pages.
