this is actually a classic and it is a very interesting read. it takes the concept of genetic breeding of certain kinds of people for certain kinds of jobs and gives them classes like alpha beta zetas deltas and these embryos are put in certain kinds of environments to create these certain class of people. it's a very good book

it comes as no surprise that one of my top five picks for futuristic books is marissa meyer's lunar chronicles series. the whole series is based off of fairy tales that have a sci-fi twist to them so this first book cinder is actually a retelling of cinderella with a cyborg

it's actually a series of 10 books it's for a younger age group but i found it really interesting

the 80s references are amazing but the thing about this book is it's actually set in 2044 which isn't that far from now

they are pretty much in their teenage years for most of this book but it's a very good book and i just enjoy it and i usually go back to this book so i highly recommend it

it is okay to be fair i am only about a fourth of the way through the first book which is called wool. it's just something that really makes you think about how society would react to each other confined in a space and their very survival depends on the mechanics continuing as they always do and i'm really excited to read it and to finish it
