Trading in Danger : Vatta's War (2019)

I like the lead character I thought I lik the World building and I thought that the sense of peril was well done and I'm interested enough to read the next book

I really liked this series but it doesn't technically qualify as military science fiction cuz the main character gets kicked out of the military in the first four chapters of the first book

This was a fast-paced series that seems to encapsulate all the things that I really enjoy about military science fiction from the characters to the writing to the battle sequences to just the overall plot and world building of the series.
