Our Favourite Book Trilogies Ever! (Part 1)

I think the Of Blood and Bone trilogy is very underrated.

I feel like this is a series that kind of any reader could pick up, that they will get a lot out of it because it is centered on relationships between characters, centered around identity as well.

Dan Jones's Essex Dogs is a fantastic trilogy. It's a great example of how a historian can write a historical fiction.

It will rip your heart out, especially book 1, but by the end you'll feel like you've healed somehow, just a bit, alongside your characters.

I think Jade City, which is book one, is very good at pulling you in. It's got great drive.

Jade War and Jade Legacy are a whole level above, and are both excellent.

I really love Jade War and Jade Legacy for the emotional side.

I do recommend reading Lancelot before reading Arthur, which is in my opinion the best of the trilogy and one of the greatest books of all time.

It's one of the best revenge stories out there.

This, I think, is the best example of the Arthurian trilogy of the Arthurian tales.

It is one of the greatest historical fiction series of all time.

Until the Last is really fast-paced and the premise is what if the bad guys won?

This is the Adan trilogy, and I love this story. It's like a traditional but modern epic fantasy that feels like coming home.
