the 21 books I read in December 📚🐺💖 December Wrap Up

I read... the first one I read was Common Goal. This one I didn't love. I think I gave this three, three and a half stars. It was just very cute. There wasn't a lot more to the story... It wasn't bad. I just wanted a little bit more.

I did read Divine Fate by Morgan B. Lee. I also gave this one five stars... So, I loved it. So action-packed, the romance so good... So good, five stars. Cannot recommend the series enough.

I had already started Fair Catch by C.E. Ricci. This is another one that I want to finish the series... This one I did really enjoy as well. I gave four stars... I just wanted a little bit more angst in their romance... but I really liked it.

I did read Hammer and Gavel... I ended up giving this one four stars... overall, it was super intriguing and I had a lot of fun and this author's writing is so good. I cannot wait to read the next book.

I read Hidden Scars by Andy Jackson... I gave this one four stars. I really did enjoy it. It's very dark, too and the ending is just so incredibly sad, but such a good romance.

I read Hot Streak by Beth Bolden for that 24-hour reading vlog. I listened to this on audio. I gave this one three stars... it was a three star a miss for me. I don't know if I'll read more from this author.

This one three stars. It was pretty basic and the writing wasn't the best... I don't know if I'll read more from this author or not, especially cuz the writing was just okay, but it was okay.

I read Little Stranger by Lee Rivers. I did not know what I was getting into... I have no rating for this one. I could not even give it a rating because like it was so unhinged, but like I could not stop listening because it was that unhinged.

I read my favorite book of the year... I literally was obsessed with this book... This was perfection. Five stars. Literally, I don't even like usually rank my top 10. This is a number one of the year.

This one I gave four and a half stars. I loved it... I just really enjoyed this one. Lots of winter cold vibes and we go into the new year with this one. So good.

I also started a pack of mistletoe by Veronica Smek over Christmas and I gave this one four stars. I just love her omegaverse romances. It's just like a fun time... I really liked her romance with all the guys. I will say it did get a little confusing... but they all fall so hard for her... and I really enjoyed this one.

I listened the audiobook of Problematic Summer Romance... Four and a half stars for this book. This was so good... I was obsessed. So if you're at hesitant to read this book, please do because it is literally the best.

I did end up reading Rewind It Back by Liz Tomfordy for that 24-hour reading vlog and this one I did end up giving it four stars. I did really like it. I love a second chance romance and I think there was a lot of pining in here... it was a four-star read for me. I still really liked it.

Five freaking stars for this book. This was so good... I loved the ending of this book so much... I gave this one five stars. I loved it.

I read Sanctuary by Nora Roberts... this one I gave three stars and I didn't actually even get to the end. I was pretty over the story... this was a miss for me.

I listened to the audiobook of Sweet Venom by Rina Kent. I had an ALC of this and this one unfortunately was a three-star read for me as well.

I gave it a four stars. This one's very urban fantasy... I was pleasantly surprised by this... I was just a little more confused than I wanted to be reading this, so I gave it four stars, but super fast-paced, really entertaining, I really liked the romance.

Starting off very strong, I read The Night Prince by Lauren Palfrey Man and that I don't know how to say her last name. I believe that's how it's pronounced, but this one five stars.

I read Time to Shine by Rachel Reid. This one was adorable... I gave it four stars. I thought it was super cute. The ending kind of went on a little long for me, but I had so much fun and I thought this was the cutest romance.

I listened to the audio of Velvet Angel... I was very pleasantly surprised by this. I gave it like three and a half, probably rounding up to four on Goodreads... it was definitely entertained, but it just seemed like a little bit too much by the end, but it was a shorter historical romance that was super action-packed, so I really can't complain, but three and a half stars is pretty good.

I read Vicious by V.E. Schwab... the first 90% of this book was very boring to me... this was a three-star read for me, unfortunately... I need a good plot... this just did not have that for me until the end.
