finishing every series I'm in the middle of 📖🌼💀

So, I finished this one and I'm giving it four stars. I think I liked book one better, but this one was such a cute friends to lovers romance and I really liked it.

the heroine's parents were in Before Jamaica Lane, which is my favorite Samantha Young book and that's friends to lovers

It just felt like your run-of-the-mill, not really special mafia romance. I just feel like it was just a little lackluster. So, I think I'll give it three stars.

I loved Lights Out, but I brought it up during reading sprints with my Patreon yesterday and every single person said they gave it three stars.

It's definitely not like more towards a five star, especially considering book one I loved. This one starts out very women's fiction... so I am giving this a four.

I did finish the fourth book in the Holland Brothers series... I finished spotlight and this was like a solid four star most of it in the ending I loved. So, I want to do like four and a half star.

It was still an amazing book. I love these characters. I love Claire and Gibsy together. but it just needed a little bit more time with the characters and their story. And so that's why it's going to get a four-star for me.

I did finish the second book. It was only 5 and a half hours and it was really good. That was probably another solid four-star read.

So, I gave the entire series four stars. So, solid four stars for the entire series. Highly recommend.
