I DNF'd this about halfway through. I just couldn't get past that age gap and it was literally just them kind of hanging out at this rehab center. I probably would have given it three stars, so I DNF'd that one.
This so far is my favorite book of the month. I gave it four and a half stars. I loved Monty's character so much. He was so obsessed with her. I love a hero obsessed.
I unfortunately did not love this one. This one was just odd, and I don't think that the author did a really good job like world building with these characters.

It was like the author just did what she wanted to do with no thought about any plot or any characterization. So, it felt very disjointed and I did not love it.
I was hooked on this one and I was like really focusing on it and really enjoying it. I did not cry reading this. The ending was sad, and I do think that she does a good job of showing of the very complex nature of relationships.
I had read The Women and The Nightingale and I cried reading those.
