predicting the 2025 romance goodreads choice awards 🏆 the best romance books of 2025!?

This one was boring and it read just kind of like a average mafia romance and I gave this three stars.

I read Deep End. I did love it.

I read First Time Caller. I didn't love it.

I loved Funny Story last year, Happy Place.

I'm just being biased where Good Spirits is one of my favorite books of the year. I'm obsessed with this story. It's a ghost Christmas romance.

I read it last year as an ARC because I love this author. Obsessed with this book.

I loved King of Envy so much and I think Anna so deserving of being on this list.

I loved this book. So, this is another bias where I'm just like, I would love to see this on there.

I adored Lights Out. I loved it. Super worth the hype.

And then a novel, Love Story, and Sounds Like Love were just okay.

This one heavily dealt with her mother having dementia and there were just plot points I didn't like. It was a very insta love and long distance where the hero put in all the work and the heroine didn't and I just didn't like it and it was just really sad.

And then a novel, Love Story, and Sounds Like Love were just okay. So, this one was just okay for me.

So, Dead Romantics and Seven-Year Slip were so good. So, so good.

I really, really like The Gingerbread Bakery, so I would love it if that one was on the list.

Wildside I loved, too. Like, it's all single dad. I gave this one five stars.
