My Favourite Books of 2024

this was just complete Perfection it was amazing this was everything good I can say about a book

I found this a really kind of comforting cozy read even though it was about quite difficult topics and I think that audio book narration really added to that

I thought this book was so nuanced in those discussions it was like Perfection I love dialogue heavy books I think Kylie Reed is amazing at dialogue

this book brilliantly examines the kind of sexual politics of the 1990s and it looks at this kind of era that had this feeling of kind of sexual Liberation and freedom to it and actually kind of refocuses the lens

I thought this book really packed a punch with the space that it had and yeah I really love this one

this is a book I read towards the end of the year and I'm so glad I picked up I thought it was brilliant

this book is beautifully written it is fantastically narrated by Aiden Kelly and I would really recommend the audiobook root

I loved this book there are certain types of books that are really like me books and this is one of them and so even with that issue I had which I will kind of mention I just adored this and I and would happily reread

I just thought this was absolutely fantastic I have one criticism of this book that for a while made me think it didn't deserve to be this high up in the video and that is that the ending is perhaps a little too neat

it was such a beautiful examination of these people I felt so they felt so known to me

these books are fantastic I listened to them on audio narrated by Patricia shade and when I first started the first book on audio I was like I'm not sure about her voice I was wrong like amazing

I just thought this was brilliantly written I found it heartbreaking joyful really funny

this book was really thrilling this was a great book to read and discuss this would be such an excellent book club pick

I thought this was so intelligently written her writing is super crisp

I also really love the pull of the Stars I think she's an excellent historical fiction writer

I thought this book was fantastic I don't want to spoil too much about it

I just thought this was fantastic like I can see this town I can see these people I yeah I loved it had brilliant dialogue which is again something I really enjoy super atmospheric

this second book is set five years later and is about the same group of characters with some slight differences trying to deal with those tragedies these books are fantastic
