Does Leviathan Falls Stick The Expanse Landing?

This one has some highs, it has some lows, but it evens out at a very vanilla 7 out of 10 because it didn't stick the landing for me and it didn't reach beyond my expectations, which is what I was really looking for.

I mentioned in my review that the writing was probably the best weirdly enough since the first book. How is the first book so good and the writing is better and then it's not great for seven books and then it's pretty good at the end.
