📚 book yap session #2

I think it is meant to just be a fun time, but reader beware, this book is plot hole city. Like there are so many plot holes within it. It kind of drove me bonkers a little bit, but again, I had to like actively work to just like have a good time with it.

I read and loved Bad Badger last year. The sequel comes out this year, and I definitely want to read it... Bad Badger was a five star.

It's about an imaginary friend. It is so delightful and that's one that actually has stuck with me.

It's just such a delightful story. There's parts of it that are cozy, but then there's parts of it that are a little bit on the action-packed side of things. I love the illustration style.

This book was just like the epitome of mess, like messy. It is drenched in drama which for me, I ate that up. Now, I won't say it's a perfect read because it certainly was not, but I really enjoyed myself.

I did have a fun time with it, but I kind of just like walked down this fine line... it just never really reached this place of being like, wow, mind-blowing.

I'm obsessed with this book. It's literally my everything. It owns my heart.
