Faithful PlaceTana French
Loved it

I'm not much of a crime detective story reader but in this series I feel like Tara French does a great job at mingling the detective part with the personal parts and I just love getting to know these Murder Squad crew members one by one for each book.

IdahoEmily Ruskovich
Loved it

this is a very dark story it's one of those books that people keep telling me I'm spoiling it when I talk about it ... it's definitely literary fiction so it's more about the characters then it's about the actual story but if you like that kind of fiction then you might want to pick up this book.

In Order to LiveYeonmi Park
Loved it

a very eye-opening read which I think everyone should read at some point in their life because it's incredible how countries and governments like these still exist

Lonesome DoveLarry McMurtry
Loved it

there is a reason why this is considered a classic and I ended up really loving it's definitely worth your time and it gave me a fascination for westerns which I kind of knew I had but this one won me over

On WritingStephen King
Loved it

I found it fascinating to get behind the lines of a writer and hear about what it's actually like to write a book and what you have to know and good advice from this prolific author that is Stephen King.

this book starts out with the most horrifying chapter you can ever think of and then you read the second chapter which is not a spot but it's still really gruesome and then from there it slows down a little bit but it still keeps on rushing forward and plays with your emotions. I was so tense reading this book and I felt like it's one of those books that is able to play with your emotions and your personal fears and it's just a shocker.

The IdiotElif Batuman
Loved it

I really love this book because it's a story that plays a lot with language and it's also a fascinating book about a college student who questions herself and tries to grow up and become her own independent boys and she has a struggle doing that.

The clay girlHeather Tucker
Loved it

it took me about a hundred pages to really get into the book and the story and the narrative but once I got into it took my heart away and it kind of broke it
