Dombey and SonCharles Dickens
Loved it

there is so much that i love about zombie and son i think the way it looks at gender and the way this book is kind of set up is this kind of battle between mr zombies hyper victorian masculinity and florence's kind of victorian femininity is fascinating

Mansfield ParkJane Austen
Loved it

it is a coming-of-age story in many ways and i often like to think of mantle park as a coming of age story and a kind of comedy of manners much more than a love story
