I love these books. It starts out as a Beauty and the Beast retelling, but then strays so much from it. Love this so much.

I would choose Happy Place by Emily Henry and A Darker Shade of Magic by V. E. Schwab. I love these books.

Particularly my favorite book in this series is A Gathering of Shadows by V. E. Schwab. This is a trilogy.
