This is a fast-paced book with quick wit and high stakes, so I was on the edge of my seat for pretty much the entirety of the last half.

As an online creator who has anxiety, this really resonated with me. I saw so much of myself in this novel, things that I've never seen written down before.
It is one of the most honest portrayals of mental illness I have ever read, which makes sense because John Green has stated that he, too, struggles with OCD.
I also read Simon vs. the Homo sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli in 2017 and really enjoyed it, especially the movie adaptation, Love Simon, that just came out.
In high school, I was a massive fan of John Green, especially The Fault in Our Stars, but since then my reading tastes have obviously changed and I'm not as big a fan of his past works.
The whole book is so cozy and atmospheric, reading it is like wrapping yourself up in a fuzzy blanket and taking a sip of warm tea.
This is a necessary book for our current social and political climate. I think that every single person, no matter age, race, gender, whatever, should read this, as it may open their minds to the injustices that are occurring and may help them reevaluate their past actions, as it did for me.
I full-on sobbed during the last 100 pages or so, and I love books that can elicit that much emotion from me.
Also, a fun thing is that in one of Rainbow Rowell's other novels, Fangirl, which is another one of my favorites, the main character writes fan fiction based on one of her favorite series, which is basically Harry Potter, and she calls it Carry On.
This is an incredibly atmospheric book. It has a certain feeling to it that no other book can replicate: a little bit dreamy with just a few hints of magic, so it seems like this could really take place in our real world, that you could just hop in your car and drive to Henrietta, Virginia if you wanted to.
It is so dang gripping!
Basically, it's a delight and a half.
I've read many kalings is ever going to hang out without me and Tina Fey's bossy pants they are both hilarious
this I actually read for class which is very rare for one of my favorite books of the year to have been a book that I was assigned but it's actually a novel that's written in verse
I think I liked it even more than the other two possibly her writing style is so sarcastic I listened to this book as an audiobook which I think is the best way to read this book
I like Bloodlines even more because the characters Sydney and Adrian I like them more than Rose and Dimitri I'm just gonna say that
I've read many kalings is ever going to hang out without me and Tina Fey's bossy pants they are both hilarious
although at the beginning of the book it kind of seems like this is just a fluffy contemporary where her and this boy of her dreams are just gallivanting across Europe and having a great romantic time but it becomes much deeper than that and it really becomes a coming-of-age book
every single page has you on the edge of your seat because either so someone's getting hit someone's fallen in love you will have some sleepless nights but it will be worth it
I read this in one night I could not put it down
